We got great value for our money at Albergo Italia. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with antique furniture. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the town on foot, and the secure car parking provided peace of mind. The staff was friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to provide parking assistance and notifying the police about our car. We wanted to extend our stay because we enjoyed it so much.
The breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

In the heart of Piombino, just a short walk from the Archaeological Museum, I found myself strolling on the sandy beaches of Sterpaia after a quick 20-minute drive. It was like stepping into paradise, leaving all the stress behind. The port connecting the city to the island of Elba was a gateway to adventure, with every passing minute bringing me closer to new experiences. And to top it off, the hotel's charming family-run vibe made me feel right at home, surrounded by the lively atmosphere of restaurants, shops, and cafes within walking distance.
Parking arrangements not ideal.

I was impressed with the hotel's excellent cleanliness and spacious rooms with beautiful antique furniture. The hotel's central location made it easy to get to all the major places of interest in the city. Additionally, the secure car parking provided extra convenience. I also particularly enjoyed the proximity to the Dei Boncompagni restaurant, which was only about 80 meters away in the old town.
All was good.

We had a lovely romantic escape. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed having it included in our stay. The location was great, as it was very close to both the center of town and the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, providing us with useful information and recommendations for restaurants in the area.
We found that the elevator was quite small and could only accommodate a small number of people at a time. the check-in process was slightly confusing and we had some trouble communicating with the receptionist who did not speak English very well.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Liked the location of the hotel, very central and close to transportation hubs. The room was comfortable with basic facilities and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly and offered all necessary information. The breakfast was basic, but available. What stood out was that the hotel was close to several attractions, such as the Palazzo Communale and the Duomo.
Disliked the small size of the room, which made it difficult to work comfortably. The noise level was also a bit too high for my preference.

Friendly owner, spacious and comfortable room for 4 people. Large, clean bathroom with window. Good quality towels. Efficient air conditioning unit. Well-maintained establishment in a convenient location, away from noise but close to the center.
